PATAGONIA <<
Patagonia is the most elected destination and for many reasons. This region offers wonderful landscapes, excellent gastronomy and a variety of services. The Atlantic region has as much attractions as the Cordilleran region, all of them promising. The Andes zone is characterized by its picturesque localities in beautiful valleys, such as San Martin de los Andes and Bariloche, where is possible to taste a delightful warm chocolate or also prove the typical smoked deer. Between these two cities, is spread the region of the Seven Lakes, which offers successive sceneries of extraordinary beauty. The most famous centers of ski of Argentina: Chapelco and Cerro Cathedral (among others), both with excellent infrastructure and tracks of different levels of difficulty, for ski and snowboard lovers. From the locality of Calafate, entry gate to the glaciers world, it is possible to visit the famous Perito Moreno Glacier. Of course, it is not possible to leave apart the Atlantic zone, with localities such as Puerto Madryn, where it is possible to do whale-watching and reaching up to Peninsula Valdés and Punta Tombo, famous for their fauna. Ushuaia, the city of the end of the world, is the door to the grand Antarctic zone. Famous for being the most southern city of the world, the long summer days and the wonderful scenery that offers for being placed right in front of the Beagle Channel, Ushuaia allows its visitors to practice adventure tourism and to enjoy the most spectacular ship travels. Patagonia offers many attractions, big quantity of activities and the possibility of coming up to Chile to enjoy this nearby country. |
